HISTORY WAS MADE!!!!!!!!!

First let me say this is MY OPINON and MY THOUGHTS, you dont have to agree with me but who cares this is my BLOG. Now its been 45 years since Martin Luther King made the " I Had A Dream" speech and on November 4, 2008 his dream came true BARACK OBAMA was named the 44th President and the first Black President of The United States. It has been a long time coming Obama can give us the change that we need, even though its a work in progress and he can't fix the country over night but he damn sure is going to try. We have to pull and work together because to ALL LIVE here, I BELIEVE in Obama and anybody who doesn't i think is very closed minded. Its not about black or white, young or old, its about RESPECT and the better man for the job. BARACK OBAMA is that man, as quoted "It's been a long time coming but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, CHANGE HAS COME TO AMERICA". "The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep, We may not get there in one year, or even one term, but i promise u we as a people will get there. As he gave that speech i had tears in my eyes, 1 beacuse i thought about all the young men and women i saw standing on those recorded breaking lines to VOTE. 2 because my two beautiful aunts weren't alive to see this HISTORIC moment and 3 because my Grandparents worked and sweated so damn hard to see this moment and they did, the looks and smiles on there faces were PRICELESS!!!!! I leave you with this last quote and tried to close your eyes and open up ur EARS & HEART..........."There are many who won't agree with every decision or policy I make as president, and we know that government can't solve every problem, But I will ALWAYS be HONEST with you about the challenges we face". So I ask you to give him a chance before you throw stones because you gave BUSH one, twice and look where that got us.

Her Special Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!

So yesterday was my little sister B. birthday she woke up happy and smiling, she said " someone need to tell Beyonce that today is the real BDAY"(she's 8)......LOL. So i had decide to surprise her with a trip to the City, picked her up from school and we were on our way all the while she beggin to know where we were going. She just had to wait and see i said, got off the train and as we walked her eyes meet the BIG building on the corner of 5th & 49th St.. B jumped for joy in the middle of the street yelling thank you, thank you its the *AMERICAN GIRL PLACE i was so happy that she was happy she ran inside and instantly wanted 1 of everything to go with the doll she picked out with the outfit for her to match. But, I'm like ok Christmas is around the corner so lets make a deal get the doll, 1 outfit, a stand and a hair kit and you can get the rest for Xmas(she still believes in Santa even tho she starting to ask questions so it might be time to let the cat out the RED bag). PAID IN FULL got the bag and left, she skipped down the block singing "SINGLE LADIES" by Beyonce her day was great and i made that happen took her to Mrs Fields got her a cupcake cookie wit pink frosting and we made our way home. B told mommy about her fun filled day at the AMERICAN GIRL PLACE while plottin when she can go back i said soon cuz i think i want an ADDY WALKER DOLL now.........lol.

Winter Is Here

OMG today was soooooo cold and i thought i was cute with my little leather jacket on (even though i was) and my scarf nicely wrapped around my neck yet still i was freezing. The wind was on full blast, leaves blowing everywhere along with my neatly combed hair soon its gonna be time to pull out the snorkle and snow boots. These are the times i wish i had a car.........

Thinkin Out Loud

Why, I ask myself do "O" do the things he do, why is it so hard to understand where I'm coming from. My ears are burning from the whispers and my feelings are hurting from the lies I guess its time to say bye bye. The stories are growing longer and the people are multiplying a full circle of telephone and it gets back to me no matter what because, whats done in the dark makes it way to the light. I see him begging and pleading for me to listen but my ears are still burning so now my mouth is letting out the fire, I can SEE evil, I can HEAR evil, I can SPEAK evil. But, just when I thought that he was gonna ruin my day and the rest of my life a smile came across my face because I remembered something..............

God has kept me here for a reason.
I survived because HE has a plan for me.
All my bad relationships, the consequences, the hard times,
the sad times, death of my loved ones, the back stabbing
from my friends, the negative thoughts, or the lack of support;
I made it because I am BLESSED!!!!!
I release and let go of all past hurts, misunderstandings and grudges
because I am abundantly blessed. I recognize them as the illusions
they are, and sent from the enemyto kill my spirit, steal my joy, and
destroy my faith; For God is all there is.

So Much 2 Watch So Lil Time.........

This Fall line up is CRAZY I love my shows but their all coming on TV and not enough time to watch them Monday nights I got GOSSIP GIRL, ONE TREE HILL, DWTS and HEROES. Tuesday you got 90210, PRIVILEGED and DWTS results show, now Wednesday lets see I got ANTM, KNIGHT RIDER, LIPSTICK JUNGLE and ELI STONE. I know this is crazy how did i get sucked in like this and u must be saying she has no life oh my friend i do, i go to clubs, dinner with the girls or to the movies wit the BF and not to mention a full time job but we still got 2 more days to go. Next is Thursday we have SMALLVILLE (Mmm Tom Welling) and Friday is THE GAME, OMG how could I forget the fabulous THE STARTER WIFE!!!!..........all i can say is THANK GOD 4 DVR.

WHAT A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I been working so hard and really haven't been out to "PLAY" like I use to. So Sunday I had alot to do first I had a photoshoot wit the FABULOUS Toni H..............I missed being in front of the camera. Its every girl fantasy to get there hair done, face all made up and dress up in different outfits like BARBIE. Then after that had a lil lunch date with sum friends so I decided to go out that night to Aura OMG had so much fun, VIP, drinks, this is the life. To put a tiny damp on my night one of the girls i was with got totally wasted and I HATE that because i think all women should know their limit to drinking. There is nothing worst then a drunk woman its nothing cute nor sexy about that and then I dont wanna be NO ONES babysitter. Had to put her on a punishment NO MORE BOTTLES for her.......Ladies if u dont carry yourself with class why expect MEN to treat you wit it.

Wat Is The World Comin To.........

So, I guess I will be working for the rest of my life, the way the economy is going. Sad to say what about the young kids that wanna go to college looks like we have to save our checks for my lil sister to get a good education. Bread and water is what I'll be eating for the next 20 years...lol, between gas and our dollar value being worth pretty much nothing I can say were a FEW DAYS away from a DEPRESSION. I guess its safe to say that BUSH fucked us all over and its gonna be hell for the U.S. to dig our way outta this mess we might as well be working everyday for FREE, to see our grandparents still working at there retired ages is crazy, to see people parking there cars to take the train or bus sometimes to save a lil gas is just ridiculous. So my advice is save as much as you can because you never know when its going to be your LAST, literally. SMH!!!!!!!!
